On the 1st of every month (00:00 London time) the previous month is archived automatically — every guard's stats are snapshotted here and the full raw record (check-ins with GPS, incidents and reports) is preserved. Click View details on any month to see it. Guards get a clean slate each month; lifetime fields (login count, total shifts) are kept. If the server is offline on the 1st it catches up automatically on its next start, so no month is ever missed.
